Subscribed Channels Not Working

I currently have a dreambox 518S.

All my subscribed channels are not working anymore. I had a power surge in my area and my electricity went off for 1 sec which off switched router, modem and dreambox. Set up my modem and router up again. Internet working fine. But my dreambox doesnt anymore. I get all the free channels but not movies and sports channels.

I have tried re-setting modem and router again and also changed patch cable. But still no luck

Have selected Start/Resart Camd but still nothing

Can someone help. What could have gone wrong? why do you think it isnt working?

check and see if the box has been given an ip from router
also could the cam not be set on the wrong one
ie have you tried CCcam if installed in box

It is different to mine. Last digit

How do you check if cccam is installed?

Was working before the power surge

Don't know about a dm5 series, but if my net conection goes down i then have to reboot my dm800 before it will see the card again, but that is with a smargo, so possibly different.
