Stuck on boot screen

my mate had a bit a trouble with his box regarding NIT, i pulled the red jumper and left it in stream for a while after that with err 11 and err 12 displayed, i set the freq in the eng menu and left it for a good while.

now it reboots and it sticks on the VM powering up screen.. and ideas how to by-pass that? and i cant quick boot as it goes to NIT err11 err 12 when i reboot it.

If it is sticking on the VM screen I think its because the NetId is not set. Are you in pure area and what box. Sometimes even in pure you`l have to set Netid so try that m8.
