Skybox F3s Skybox No cables to sky dish

Hi,

This is my first post in this forum, so Hi, and I hope tho is not a stupid question.

My son is thinking of buying the F3S, my friend bought one and subscribes monthly, but his box is not connected to a satellite dish. I have an Amiko alien 2 box in another room, but its on my sky dish and cline.

Am I missing something or can this be done

It would def need to be connected to dish unless he is just using it to stream video.

Thats what I though but I checked the back of the box and its not connected to a dish.

I couldn't understand it, They had a sky box next to it which was connected to the dish.

I will ask him, I just know he had it all set up and really overpaid for it £150
