Sky text stopped working?

My sky hd box updated itself the other night to skyplus8.4.0.multiplatform.v.3.0.0. Since this my sky text has stopped working? It says 'please wait' for a few seconds then goes back to picture?

Also, how do I get in the engineers menu on this software? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

try rebooting your box,unplug at mains plug,leave for 30 seconds,plugback in then leave for 2 mins to set its self back up,press services,then 0,1,select give you secret menu,be carefull in there,iunless you know whatyou are doing,hope this helps:BLOBBY::BLOBBY:

That did the trick thanks m8. I had actually rebooted 3 times but never waited 30 secs. That made the difference?:Clap:
