Skybox F3s Sky sports no signal

Hi everyone, just looking for advice with this problem. On my skybox f3 sometimes I'cant receive sky sports 1 and 3 , I have a genuine skybox in another room and although I don't have a sub for sports, when I go to these channels there is a message saying I'm not receiving a signal. I've tried doing what they say to do(switch off for4 minutes etc) but it doesn't make any difference. All other channels seem fine. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I can hardly ring sky and complain about not receiving channels I don't subscribe to! Look forward to any advice, cheers
