Did you go to a channel and type 1819
wait a few minutes and connection should be esablished.

How do you know your box is connected to the net ? Because at the bottom of the screen it says " not connected ". It this because the sv server is down ? Anyone help? I have updated with the latest software.

if it's says "not connected" it means it not connected to the server and not the net,s/v server has been up and down latley,bear with them trying to sort things out....

Actually you will get "not connected" if your internet isnt connected and if the server isnt connected so check your modem/router before anything else as if you have flashed with latest file and enabled 1819 then should all be up and running - oh and do a re-scan.
