hi can anyone give me any help to unlock this phone tried one of the codes on the site resets phone but does not unlock any help would be appreciated and put a big smile on my daughters face cheers

If you have a serial lead for it, then just do a google for "winimei cracked".
There aren't any magical numbers for this phone.
