I’m not sure of your image but I’m using open vix, I went into setup, system, software update. Once updated and the box rebooted, I then went into tuner configuration then auto bouquet maker, update provider files then back to start scan. This picked up all the lost channels but don’t know if this was a fluke or I’d actually done the right thing. It works so can’t complain. You may be able to update the provider files first before updating software incase the software doesn’t need updating. Hope this helps
