royal mail has package over a month

I have a package waitng in a royal mail depot for a month now that says it has a customs charge but when i go to pay the charge it says it has no charge.

I tired to call them but my head is ringing from the on hold music and they say the wait time are 1 hour.

Anyone have any idea what is going on or have another method of contacting them other than call or text. I cant listen to that on hold music any more.

When I click the link to sort it. It brings me to the second screenshot in the first post.

I was also able to sort it online but for some reason this says it has not been assessed by customs. They have had it a month at this stage.

Finally got through to them. they said they send me a letter in the post with the charges and have now sent the parcel back.
