well it kinda convince's me lol. i know a TA082 with 2.81 fw is not downgradeable yet iirc but did'nt know if this affected the way the TA082 works with 1.5 fw.
always better to ask first (better safe than sorry) especially knowing the mrs would cut off my nuts with a blunt knife if i bricked it.:lovestory

Are you sure on this point? I thought once you had downgraded to 1.50 then you could do what you like with it?

im not 100% sure tho, just seen in the readme's they have dont use with the mobo

well this is what is confusing me too. here it states requirements : a psp 1.5 and the installer : http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/about60396.html
not seen it mention not using a TA082 in the installer read me file either.

ok i took the plunge and it is working great.
i just hope with the TA-082 you have the option to go back to 1.5 if you want.
