my sons ps3 was int freezing now it froze and wont start has anybody know where i go from here i aint got a clue about thyese things cheers

hi update wat going on he was playing game the game ended and froze he turned off console and back on but the disc symbol not there to click on does this help to wat is up wae it cheers
