iam getting problems with the new sammy boxes i unlock the card get the bk and ird program card and all iam getting is not subscribed i have checked the idr with the nagra serial number and it fine can it be giving out a fake bk the image iam using is fine worked on a pace and old sammy box

ive had a couple of fake box keys with the 2100 and a friend had one with a 2110c sounds like the only explanation

Got a 4200 dvb think it needs pairing.Stays on loading data.Any body have info on how to update these boxes.

@selki - start your own thread then m8, this thread is about new sammys.

@graham1 - assume you are talking about the smt2110c box? If these boxes are brand new and have never been subscribed then the information on the card will be useless - the box has to take a 'hit' when first installed by the engineer then the card pairs up with the box and contains the valid boxkey. Without this, the boxes are effectively useless as there is no other way to obtain the BK from this model.

you may hav to change your net id and freq if moved house in a different area....

if the box was on stream when you cancelled then it may well have taken a hit and the card will have a false bk. the only option left if it's a 2100 is to get yourself a jtag and get the bk this way.
