Please help techonomate 800hd

HI Guys it is month now i am have big problem with my box tm 800hd, keeping crashing all time when i change channel.
And the there is the motor keeping spinning like is moving again, and i have to switch off/on again to show the channels .
I just fed up because when i took to Technomate Mrs Richard said is the software.I have to change it , but tried it no change
to get it back to the normal again.

A bit odd. If you take it to TM they would normally do the ABC with you and walk out at least with the box not crashing on channel change. Don't know about Mrs Richard, but Mr Richard would definitely have done that.

In addition to Rat's request for information, have you added any other plugins? Have you ruled out hardware issues with wiring?
