picture fault

ok peeps got a picture fault on a 2000 that i just got
the pic is rolling up over and seems to be rolling to the right aswell
i have attached a pic
any help most appreciated

i had this once and someone said iy may be a faulty capacitor, i couldn't find one so i ditched the box, but worth a look anyway.
