Realme 6 Volume Problem

Hi everyone,
Basically I could be listening to Tune-in leave it running in the background, go to Facebook next the volume would shoot up on Tune-in.
Had a quick search around here & Google tried suggestions with no joy.
Wondering if anyone else has come across this, also checked my settings, all seems ok, unless I'm missing something.

Well just got to trying that to no joy, even when I open FB app volume changes...
