Cancelled my contract with T-Mobile about 3 weeks ago, gave the 30 days notice but forgot to ask for my PAC code, called them up yesterday and they said that if they issue my PAC code they have to extend my contract by another month therefore charging me another £30 just to get a code, is that correct?
