Hi Everyone,

I haven't used my receiver for about 3 months or so and just put it on and it is not working, even the freeview channels. It is just saying no signal.

I have read that the HD channels have now been stopped so does this mean that i need to install new software / firmware for the standard channels? Does anyone have a link for these please?

An update couldn't hurt I'm sure. No signal however means there's a problem maybe with your satellite feed so double check that wire is in the correct port.

Also check in the menu that lnb power is on.

Failing that an update to firmware and channel list should help
