open box s11 problem

here goes
have set this box up on a octo lnd static dish
flash flipflop onto it and a hell of alot channels dot clear.
fta itv stv etc even after scan.
i took this box to other house and it worked without reflashing.

so i therefor changed the octo for a new on and its still the same.

my question is,,,is there know issues with these and quads or octos?

Known issues with quads for sure.
Try with nothing else connected at same time.

ok sorted but i cant explain
i put the cable for the open box in only
and all channels cleared ,so i started adding one
at a time and all was fine until i put one into
the one circled in pic.
every other one clears fine
also if i put the box into that marked one only
it clears also.

is the lnb grounded through a grounding block at the dish itself,or just where it enters the house?
You may want to try that.
