only 389 channels on box

hi all
woke up this morning to find all my channels scambled,by this i mean channel 105 showing disney ,no bb1,2,itv.chan 4 ect.
also the box now only gose to 389 channels

im in pure ntl area using atmega au
cant seem to figure out whats up.

any help greatly appreciated

Have you tried re-booting the box?

hi mate if you got a 4010 pure n*l davic then you need to replace the resistor on top of the 48 tsop and let it update to cr3 software and all will be well

"why" does he need to replace a resister m8, {you haven't asked what software the box is running on yet}---------or if hes actualy done a noupdate mod

just been in the engineers menu to look for error codes this is what it shows
error 164
error 165

well mate if you look at m# the reply i gave b4 this one you will see that i did ask if he had 1 4010 in a davic area and this problem is only ocurring in in davic area with this box and some sammys

when you press browse is the epg pink ?
if yes then youre on the old software and box needs updating
