I was looking at this pic of yours.
Rebootg and start again.
Download loader 1.3 and make sure that file is in same folder.

unenstalled the loader 1.3 rebooted pc re installed it added file same error.
Unzip and add this to omnia loader folder mate.

Is activex installed? Can you try on another pc or laptop again?
on this pc (win 7 ) getting error code 0x8002801c looking on googlwe for help on it,will try again on xp pc

deleted omni cam replaced it with latest 1 updated card.

cam is cccam 2101
soft cam 2101+new cs1.67
globcast softcam default
trying it on hotbird channel free x tv
says scrambled

Try JSC sports 13e or canal sat on 19.2e
Only opens these
Canal+ 19.2e
Canal sat 19.2e
Al Jazeera sports 13e
