not open hd channels

hi all,got myself a vu duo with blackhole,i have loaded channel list and did a full scan on 28,2e,the problem is a lot of the fta hd channels will not open,my dish is fixed and was working ok with my old stb,the only ones that work is itvhd & bbc2 hd,is there anything i can do to fix this,i am only using 1 tuner set to 28e,thanks

Just do another scan mate and see if the newly scanned in hd fta channels open.

Maybe the satellite.xml you scanning with is out of date ?

Are you say BBC1 HD but it wont work ?

How the signal strength ?
