normal box for cable playing up

i am having a problem with my normal v box,i have a kryptview box also,thats why i am asking this question here,my normal box says fior the last two months that i have ordered 7 different ppv movies,which i havent,my question is,do you think there is a problem with my normal box,or is the kryptview sending signals to my normal v box in the other room,making it look like i have bought ppv movies when i havent,daft question

No the kryptview will not talk back plus you cannot order ppv from it.
