no digi signal

Ok so last nite went to bed switched on the tv and no signal for digital tv checked all connections ,tried retune still nothing ,but I still gwt analogue channels need help any Ideas chaps

has something knocked your arial out of alignment or maybe cable has been damaged ?

So would that not mean I wouldn't get any analogue channels cause u get them though ?

quality of signal required for analogue is much lower. Its possible the ariel moved enough to allow analogue but not digital.

Ok so ill go and get in to the loft but what angle should it be pointing I'm in aberdeen and the transmitter is the durris I think

Try unplugging for 10 mins and then switch back on that should reset the box.

have you tried moving the ariel mate, try moving it around in differnt directions and then u may get a signal : )

Hi Mike have a look at peoples outdoor aerials for polarity and what direction there pointing .
You need a high gain wide band aerial head or a digital ready aerial head your signal will be reduced due to aerial in the loft instead of external on chimney stack ect
