TiVo box, no picture on playback, just audio

The missus uses a TiVo for all her recordings. For some stupid reason shes getting no picture just audio on playback. She does get the menu but no picture playback It's blank.
I have tried both setting the video output on the TiVo but it's still the same.
The only thing that works is if we physically turn the TV off then back on again the it works. It's not the HDMI cable as I've changed that out.

The TV's a 4k Hisense, we have no issues with anything else plugged in just the TiVo. I did some reading and it seems its a common issue with the TiVo but mainly with Samsung TV's
Any ideas?

Try another HDMI port on the TV if you have not already.

Had a similar issue on a Philip’s tv some years ago and it was the hdmi port on the tv…
