I think that the problem this picture come with cccam 2.21 and to un smoothly I need 2.09 . I downloaded it and put it on softcam and when I want to use it I got the message error reading web page

As mr wiz569 states that has nothing to do with the audio visual settings.unless you are a wizz you are going to get your self into all sorts of trouble messing with that stuff.you have flashed correct but skipped the set up at the start after flash.
I think you have box out set for SCART instead of HDMI.Check this will be your problem.
