new box vod downgrade

I bought a new box of off E-bay. Scratched the fook out of the talkback connection & used libby ect. (2nd light is flashing away) but I think the box used to be in a VOD area.
I connected it and it only had half a dozen channels & it said it was looking to update the VOd
Then it went mental with numbers & LAIT (I know from reading that this is a VOD update) now it onlt shows free channels
Checked & keys are ok.
Do I need to change anything else?

The card wasn't locked so I just entered the new keys & did the EMM Mod
I've changed the network ID
The box is a DITV - 2000
Im in an ex C&W area

If you bought the box off ebay check in the eng menu to make sure the ird matches the one on the card,it could be the wrong card for the box.
Just a suggestion!

Check for nagra serial in eng mode not the card status,does it match the card?

a fake boxkey will say ok in the e/menu m8, {the vod update shouldn't affect your normal channels only the ppv}-------whats the 1st 4 digits of the bk ??

numbers and lait is a normal box update if its been out of the stream for any length of time

i think the problems with your card, {a possible fake bk or you havent edited it properly}
