Having some problems here guys I have selected evocam and it has been on SS1 [after scan] for 10mins now and nothing showing apart from FTA channels.

Any help would be great...

By default the image ships without auto key update on.

I can't quite remember how you change this - it's somewhere off the blue menu key and the nagravision menu - have a poke around you'll find it!!
