when wifi is enabled fn key it uses wireless card and its pretty slow and 99.9% wont load club penguin

furn off wifi card fn key and use wireless netgear stick worked a couple of times but now hardly loads club penguin

connecting direct to router with cable to netbook 100% works



my laptop
boys laptop
other daughters laptop
printer
iphone
freeview HD box
whatever else connected wifi work perfect

its just the netbook thats naff

Cool, just thought I'd mention it, just in case. Never come across that problem before with a wi-fi card and You don't really want a USB stick hanging out the side of it.

Is it an old "n" version or some thing that's in the laptop?

its a MSi Wind U135DX (Xp)

its OK for normal browsing its just she cant play he games and join her friends and she gets upset, so its causing more upset
ill flog it on ebay

tbh Jay not that Ive noticed mate
but to be fair its only really used for the net and her games
not really for working applications etc
