Need help making site template

Ok im in a band, at the moment i use freewebs and have to use a template which to be honest is really a poor excuse, if theres anybody who can build templates or any usful sites or tips etc for help please im in need of your expertease.

Why not using another provider, that doesnt force you to use templates ?

Hmmmm sorry didnt reply for ages my computer is always defending itself against stupid horse trojan downloader or something like that, yeh looked at the site thanks alot ill attempt to make a new site soon thanks
