My phone has been blocked as lost.

Hi all,
A phone that I bought from fastcardtech has just stopped working, I called 02 and they tell me it has been reported lost. I ask how this can be as I bought the phone new, it has never been on a contract and is still in my possession.
They wouldn't answer that on the 02 guru site but give me a number to call tomorrow.

Any ideas how this could have happened?

just entered the imei number into mazuma and it shows it as a galaxy s armani, when its a HDC note3 clone. scrap that, it was a mistake

yep its a chinese clone, also just noticed that the imei number inside the back cover is different from the one givin by enterering *#06#

Hi mate i wont be ordering from them ever again about a year back i brought a phone from them and 6months down the line same happened to me as it did to you.Any way contacted them which was a pain as it was very hard trying to talk to them.But anyways sent it back and surprise surprise it got lost in transit i sent them tracking details and i never did get my money back.So i will never deal with them again.
