Well happy have just made my final payment of £75.55 which £50 of that was an early settlement fee on my Mortgage
and I managed to pay it off 7 years 8 months early.

Yeah, why we decided to do it with inheritance, no money in saving, so we paid off mortgage, and are looking at buying somewhere else small to rent out, as there is more money in rental terms, and the property works as my pension
