Modem router

Hi All,
To gain full use of my receiver what modem router or router would you recommend

My present set up is what came with my broadband package years ago, a Netgear ADSL2 + MODEM DM111PSP.


I would prefer to use cables rather than wireless at this point in time, but I am open to suggestions,

So long as you can connect an ethernet cable from router to receiver, any router will do.

10/100 speed is fine.

If you are about to update your router , worth bearing in mind that the Solo 2 has a gigabit network port, so if your other devices also have gigabit ports, using a gigabit router will allow faster transfer of media files.

Im on cable so I use a WRT310 gigabit router wit my Duo2.

If your in the market anyway for a gigabit router with your solo2 its worth going to a gigabit router.
