No idea if this is possible but is there a way I can map the EPG button to point to the MV plugin?

I have my TM500 Super working fine using tonedeff panel.

Another request(Me greedy).
My MV plugin works every day(great) - can we autostart the mvepgupdate script to execute on startup?

I have tried adding it to /var/etc/init (like on the openpli images) but it doesn't work...

init contents:
{ sleep 30; /var/spool/cron.daily/mvepgupdate; } &

My TM600 is hiding in the cupboard as it wont stay switched on lol,but I would say that command is missing a .sh from the end of the mvepgupdate

Thanks m8 but tried that.

tried with and without :p

does the TM500 (IQ image) actually use/var/etc/init to run from startup?

made a simple test to see does init actually work on this and it seems not ):

I tried this inside the /var/etc/init file:-
echo Hello>>/tmp/test.log

but sadly no log file appeared...

Also Tonedef has a Auto-start on his panel (upload to /var/startup)
This sadly also does not work SOB

Actually take back what I said about tonedeff AutoStart.

Scripts placed in /var/startup will execute! :p

One down - Now I need to know if I can map the EPG button on my remote to point to the MV plugin.....

I think this may not be possible. I cant seem to edit the remote file as its in a read only location. GRRRRRRRR
