Lost my scooter V5 certificate ?

Hi

Somehow i cannot find the V5 Certificate of my moped. Is there a way to get a new one ?

What form do i need ? I am sure i read there is a way to get one by switching address or something ?

Any ideas on the cost??

go onto dvla website and look for form v62


If the V5/V5C is lost a form V62 (fee applicable) must be completed
