lite on 83850c and jungle

ok ill try in english

in jungle im up to the half open tray si i presume iv got a 83850c v1

im just stuck as to power cycle exactley what this entails and exactly when to do it.

ill see if any one can help before more detail because im confused s hell right now lol

when i use lo83 i get just past the half open click ok and then i get an error
