Sounds like to me that the drive is erased. You will need a backup of the key to get xbox working again. The fact that it dont eject, and that errors are appearing on the xbox.
If you have a backup copy of your key i can reflash it for you, just cover the postage costs. If you dont have the key, its still worth sending to someone who knows how to flash drives to check that the drive is erased.
If drive is erased, without the key, then im affraid its a dvd player at best now.

If thats the case, i'd send it to Teajunkie's LTrepairs the xbox drive repair worldwide service LT liteon repair.
He has recovered a key for someone who bricked thier drive by powering up wrong. Had to replace the drive, but once done, the box is working again
