Leicester dbox down

Hi all
my box in Leicester has gone down. It how's epg for all channels but only fta pictures.

Anyone know how to fix this? I've done scans but it's always the same

What you need to do is crack nagra3.

Hahahaha. That's what I thought but my mate was telling me he had his dbox fixed and it's up and running.

Now I don't know if he was just talking out his a*s or being real. That's why I thought I'd check first before using it as a doorstop lol
