guys i need to find out who owns the house next to my mum the house next door is rented and the garden is a fecking mess with rubbish etc

i need to contact the owner to get it cleaned up

i have looked at the land registry site and they want £30


should this not be free ?

hi paul found this one but it will still cost you a little 10 quid plus vat, tried it on my house it told me when i bought it how much i paid but not my name until i pay them 10+ vat

Your council would know. Can you not just phone them up saying the the garden is in a state and that you want to get in touch with the landlord?

I imagine that if it's an individual landlord that owns the house they might not tell you due to data protection act. If it's a company they might tell you.

If they don't tell you just ask them to get in touch with the landlord on your behalf and tell them to clean up the mess?

if the house is rented by a private landlord .check the nearby letting agences.
just give them a call

phone the council if the house is private let
they have a duty to keep the property in a state of good repair ( free from rubbish )and the council can take away their landlord status if they dont comply
