i was wondering any one on here can point me in the right direction

my dad has been having problems with his neighbour about hu owns the land on the side of his house they both say it theres

what i wanted ask is, Is the way to find hu owns what land and where could i get this info from ?

my dads getting old so i dont like to see him fight of these lilttle things so if you can help i will be very grate ful thank you

It should be on the deeds of the house,
if he hasnt got the deeds,? the morgage provider or solicitor who handled the sale should have them

And if that fails Land Registry will be able to help (possibly a small fee). They know who owns every piece of land in the country.

No offence but I'd rather go to the proper land registry: http://www.landreg.gov.uk/

An online search only costs £3. Woth paying for the title plan of both properties...
