Kryptview Glitching

hello have a kryptview 780 up until now has been working great but now bad glitching done reboot done reeboot to router done rescan also all sat channels glitching normal free channels ok eg bbc1 bbc2 stv ch4 ch5 done auto update says already updated any help would be great thanks

server overload,bad connection speed
