XDP are bad
had a 145kg weights set delivered by them yesterday - to a block of flats down the road - they didint knock on my door, telephone me, leave a card or squat
I only found out as the guy who took them in (who I'd never met before) came round last night - fortunately he was honest - things coudl have got interesting if he hadnt been
so I had to haul them down 6 flights of stairs - across 50 yrds, and then back up 6 flights to get them
as I understood it couriers were supposed to deliver stuff, or leave a card if they couldnt be arsed unloading - not just give my stuff to anyone passing and not bother to notify me
taking the piss or what
so is that a cheap set of weights going or sale then?
the worst couriers i have ever had the multiple misfortune to deal with is shitty link........preston branch, what a bunch of tw@ts they consistently are.
everytime i have ordered from ebuyer, ordered nextday guaranteed, alway arrived 3 or 4 days later.
ordered two laptops for christmas, took 12 days for them to get them fecking 100 miles, then to take the piss even more, told me the wouldnt deliver that day (granted it was snowing) , asked if i can pick up, told no.
repeatedly rung, got fobbed off, then told to fook off.
rung head office, who got onto them, told me to go over and pick up.
bearing in mind this is no christmas eve and these laptops are presents.
gets over there, told me no one from head office has rung and i should never of been told to come over to collect.
told me my parcel wasnt even in the depot, even though on pc accordering to head orifice it was, told me computers where down, come back in an hour.
2 ft of snow, 40 mile drive....cheers.
came back, told me that they wouldnt be emptying the lorry untill after christmas.
at this point myself and a few other irate customers, said almost in panto fashion "OH YES YOU WILL!!!!!!!!!!!"
the most simple workshy set of gobshites i have ever had the misfortune of wanting to stab repeatedly.
and dhl stole my shower, then delivered it to the wrong house and after repeately telling me i was lying that i have received it, admitted they had delivered it to 134 on my street , despite me living in house number that is no where near that, unless of course 18 is some sort of fibbonacci type series ala da vinci code, i dont know.
but shitty link are the worst.
