Is the Spiderbox a clone of the MVision HD300?

@ Scottishrebel, you can download the channel editor software for the M-Vision from there website here.

@ Digidude, according to Maplins and a seller on eBay it has an HD Terrestrial tuner.

ANY body can create an image / firmware that can destroy a bootloader on any receiver

the price difference is down to the lack of the 'gift'

receivers are granted access by MAC address which generates a unique user passcode, the Mvision 'team?' are not happy as their receivers are not allowed to access the servers that the spiderboxes can, even though theyre the same

if thats why theres a price difference, and no other reason, then i guess its true, money talks

Mvission is after spiderbox even in s/w even in anythink....They produse in same manifature we do...but that do not mean they are same like ours and out team development is working much more better then them...if any liking goes out ,is allways come uo from us...

you can see that to all S/w ...when we have somethink they will have it from some our likings afet 3 months even more...Spiderbox 9000 come in November 2009...Mvission come in FEB 2010.

Are you sniffing glue or what? Your Spiderbox firmware can be flashed on to the a box that was suggested from the start to be the same as yours.

I really don't want this to get personal, I merely answered a question which was posted in this section as to the similarities between the two receivers. You have vehemently denied on numerous occasions in various forums including your own that the M-Vision box has no relation to the Spiderbox.

Example They are not same ...if you transfer data from one stb to others and that is not Spiderbox you could lose the right s/w by Gift and many options ,be carfully what you doing becouse you will damage the Chipset.... Posted on Satdudez by yourself 24-03-2010, 11:48 PM plus there are numerous other posts on forums basically stating the same thing, and that the M Vision was manufactured in Spain and the Spiderbox was produced in Korea and now you post here admitting that the units are produced in the same factory.

is it possible to change mac address to on Mvision to a known mac address on spiderbox to avail of the gift, like you can on dreambox??

M8 NOW WAY ....to enter in GIFT...they need not only Mac adress even key files what spiderbox have ... If some one like Copy us time lost we change s/w and Copiers will be all douwn ....
