Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any guides to setting up a IPTV server? found a thread from 2013 for setup not sure if its still a viable set up. any info would be appreciated. thanks

I'm looking to set up a server where I can share channels through an ip which people put credentials into an app to view the channels. I want to do this to offer it out for free as I see people charge a lot for this.i have a few laptops which I repair I could use as servers but looking a bit of guidence

How much upload bandwidth do you have?

Hi i have 12mb on virgin broadband at the minute

Then you can upload to about 4 people at a time and keep a good quality.

How many were you thinking of?

Not sure to be honest just was doing it to pass on to people if it wasnt to hard to do. How would the people who do it and have lots of people using there service
