iPhone iphone 4s ios 7 activate

hi guys not been on here for a while but brought i iphone 4s the other day have done a restore on the phone and now its asking me to do activation but comes up with someone elses apple id and i cant get hold of the person i got it from....any idea how i can get around it???

I think your going to need there id.

If the last user has turned on "find my iphone" in icloud then you will need to know there apple id password
its an anti-theft protection implemented in IOS7
Im afraid if you cant find the password then all you have is a brick as their is no way round it!
