i need help with tm 800hd before i use as door stop.

it was working fine, till 1 day never stop starting.... went on and on.Starting the forum and i came to the conclusion to flash with TM800_update.bin . went to finish NOT SUCCES. start to reboot and gess what after few seconts STARTING.... with no end. so hier i'm to square one. can any members help me out, I,m not an expert but i like to have a go if you show me step by step.
