Humax 5400 Z

I am looking to purchase a Humaz 5400 Z and the following quote was taken from a supplier:

"We now have Patched Humax 5400's back in stock with +cam2002 . These units arrived as Z models and have now been converted back to Original models"

Can someone please explain what is meant by "These units arrived as Z models and have now been converted back to Original models", can you still buy a Z model or is the IRCI-5400(patched) the same as the Z model?

the z model is a newer model they re-write the software to make it the original this is easier to patch
ie:enable the cam to de-encrypt all the encryptions instead of just the one
