how can i convert an mpg file to mp4.

i dont know if it can be done but sure someone will put me right, i want to convert an mpg file to mp4 so i can play it on my mobile.

Yes you can do that all right, just google mp4 convertor and it will throw up a load of freeware or shareware stuff and you can then see which one suits you, I am sure there are other places to get them aswell. I have used a few called mp4 converter, imtoo mp4 and Xilisoft mp4 converter in the past.

Win Avi Mpeg 4 convertor will also do the job
