horizon hdsm usb v3

ok i took my motor dish off the wall and set it up
on the ground but this meter didnt pick anything on 28.2 up
so i put it on static dish and it picked that up

found

so i left it on that setting and put back on big dish lnb and nothing.

sharko69 from here popped over with his horizon and bang found it straight away.
so i tightened everything up 100% srn
put my meter on and nothing,yet it works on other lnb on my static?
sharkos meter also seems to work on h astra aswell as lo
ive updated it via there website.im pulling my hair out here
is there anything in the settings that would cause this.
is it ,it dont like the lnb?

It could be that LNB local oscillator frequency has drifted and your Horizon can not lock. I had the same problem with Gen1 Horizon meter and it took me a while to understand the problem.
