Help with Set up !

I have just successfully flashed my gemini 3.4 image and installed the mgcamd via the blue button manual install. i have now activated it by pressing the green button and I have also ftp'd across the latest satan key bundle.

however on certain channels eg premire i can see what is running, however i see no picture! can anyone tell me what is wrong or missing?

also in the bottom left corner of the info for the channel, there are certain letters e.g. b, s, i, v, n, etc... what do these indicate as most are grey, one is green and another yellow. these also seem to be different at every channel. A stab in the dark is that these indicate channel encryption?! is that correct?
