Help with Crossepg

TM TWIN OE
Have set crossepg up and can see it searching
But no epg
Saving to HD
But when checking disc no data
Have read as much details as I can find but must be missing something
Have restarted and rebooted TM
Nothing!
Where it says save as epg do I have to overwrite that with a "name.epg" or is epg good enough?

How do you configure where the data is stored?

In EPG Setup --EPG location.If you have a hdd + usb stick present at bootup you will be given three choices.HDD/USB/Internal flash

ffs, I even looked at those images

I thought that was for the 'standard EPG' on the image

Got it thanks? I must have been missing something, tried plenty of combinations also from other sites,
When I checked I was getting all Freesat data just missing others
Thanks again wasn't taking lazy way out, spent some time on this before asking
Just going round in circles
